Nachos with Meat and Ranchitas Nacho Queso

- One tablespoon of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- One pound of ground beef
- 1 jar of sofrito (Creole seasoning base)
- 1/2 cup of water
- One cup of chopped tomato
- Half a cup of chopped red onion
- Half a cup of chopped cilantro
- Half a cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese for melting
- 1 family-size bag of Ranchitas Nacho Queso
- Step 1: Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Place the tablespoon of oil in a skillet and cook the meat until well done.
- Step 3: Add the sofrito and stir well. Then add the water and cook gently until the meat is slightly saucy.
- Step 4: Mix the tomato, onion, and cilantro in a bol. Set aside.
- Step 5: Place the Ranchitas Nacho Queso as the base on the plate, then add a generous portion of the meat.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the cheese on top and microwave until melted.
- Step 7: Remove from microwave and add the tomato, onion, and cilantro mixture on top.
