with Ranchitas Naturales

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz – 250 g) drained
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Paprika to serve

Procedure:

  • In a processor, place the lemon, tahini, garlic, oil, and cumin and process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Add half the chickpeas and water and process again.
  • Add the rest of the chickpeas and serve.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top and accompany with Ranchitas Naturales.
