Crispy Chicken Wings with Ranchitas Nacho Excitante

- 8 chicken wings
- 4 bags of Ranchitas Nacho Excitante (or flavor of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 bottle of vegetable oil
- Step 1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl, add the spices and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Step 2. After 1 hour, coat the wings with half of the flour.
- Step 3. Crush the Ranchitas until they resemble panko or breadcrumbs and place them in a bowl.
- Step 4. Beat the eggs with the remaining flour and mix in the crushed Ranchitas until you get a dense mixture.
- Step 5. Preheat the oil to 180°C (350°F).
- Step 6. Dip the wings in the mixture and fry them for about 15–20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Drain on paper towels and serve with ranch dressing or your favorite sauce.
