- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz – 250 g), drained
- 2 tablespoons water
- Paprika for serving
- Step 1. In a food processor, combine the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, and cumin. Process until smooth.
- Step 2. Add half of the chickpeas and the water, then process again.
- Step 3. Add the remaining chickpeas and process until creamy.
- Step 4. Sprinkle paprika on top and serve with Ranchitas Naturales.
