Ranchitas Salad with Ranchitas Nacho Queso

- 1 pound of cooked ground beef
- 2 cans of black beans (drained)
- 2 cups of corn kernels
- 1/2 green bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 sliced avocado
- Sour cream to taste
- 2 heads of lettuce finely chopped
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- Step 1. Cook the ground beef together with the black beans, green pepper, and corn kernels until you have something similar to a picadillo.
- Step 2. Season to taste with pepper and garlic-cilantro seasoning.
- Step 3. Remove from heat and assemble the salad.
- Step 4. Start with a layer of lettuce and tomato, then add the meat mixture and Ranchitas Nacho Queso from Yummies. Garnish with avocado, sour cream, and cheese.
